Contemporary Dance

Contemporary Dance (online/offline)

Evolving from modern dance, Contemporary dance form defied conventions to become the most liberating form as we know today. The form originated in the early 20th century, when dancers began to reject the strict rules of ballet and embrace a freer style of expression.
Taking inspiration from the world around us and guided by our expert trainers, Contemporary dance allows students to improvise and emote through movement.
