Class Design

1st half hour
Warm up routine
Head to foot full body stretches
Warm up with basics

2nd half hour
Basics:
bounce or rock practice

3rd half hour
Create a choreography/routine
with the basics.

Cool down
Each class concludes with a simple homework asking students to create a small routine for the next class incorporating what they’ve learned the day

Next 3 months
Introduction to party moves:
kick ball change, shamrock,
running man, rebook, etc.

1st half hour
Warm up and stretches with
basics.

2 nd half hour
Teaching party movements technique One party movements and its variations. Movement mixing. Use of party movements in choreographies.

3rd half hour
Advanced choreography
