Yoga is a practice rooted in ancient Indian philosophy. ‘Yoga’ means ‘union’ – uniting the individual being with universal consciousness; uniting the mind and body through a combination of physical and mental practices. Through this union, we can experience deeper connections that lead to sustainable health, awareness, well-being, peace, and happiness.
-Yogasanas (Physical Postures): Physical poses that build strength, flexibility, and balance.
-Pranayama (Breath Control): Regulating the breath to influence the body’s energy flow and mental state.
-Meditation (Dhyana): Focusing the mind to calm the thoughts, enhance mental clarity, and promote inner peace
We follow Hatha Yoga techniques.
