Yoga

Yoga

Yoga is a practice rooted in ancient Indian philosophy. ‘Yoga’ means ‘union’ – uniting the individual being with universal consciousness; uniting the mind and body through a combination of physical and mental practices. Through this union, we can experience deeper connections that lead to sustainable health, awareness, well-being, peace, and happiness.
